Jubilee Housing Inc. is responsible for the overall financial management of the housing. Income is largely derived from rents, which are set under the Office of Housing formula. Jubilee Housing receives no ongoing government funding. Regular financial reports are provided to the Committee of Management for effective oversight. Annual Financial Statements are audited and are lodged with appropriate regulatory bodies.
