Jubilee Housing

Jubilee Place comprises 10 units in Box Hill North. The units comprise a mix of 1,2,3, and 4 bedroom dwellings; each unit has its own private space and there is open space on the site with a children’s playground.

Jubilee Place is a joint venture between the Director of Housing and the Baptist Union of Victoria, acting as trustee for the Box Hill and NewHope Baptist churches.

Located in Burwood, Figtree Lane comprises 10 units with a mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units. The community is situated opposite a village green, which provides play and recreation space for residents.

Emmaus comprises 19 units in Bayswater with a mix of units suitable for single residents up to large families. Units have their own rear grassed garden and all have access to a large park that forms part of the community development.

Emmaus is a joint venture between The Director of Housing and Jubilee Housing Inc. acting as trustee for the Emmaus Christian Community (associated with South Croydon Anglican Church)..
